The month of April is designated as Rheumatology Awareness Month. Even today, there are many people who are unaware of this sub-speciality of medicine. Those working within the healthcare system also don't have clarity about Rheumatology and when to refer a patient to a rheumatologist. In my endeavour to spread awareness regarding Rheumatology, I am sharing this video with you all. Requesting you all to help me spread this awareness because timely diagnosis and treatment are the key to a good outcome, and we can prevent permanent joint damage, organ damage, and disability if patients reach us early in the course of their disease.
